As an athlete myself—having played club soccer, AAU basketball, and at the semi-professional level—I know firsthand the pressures that come with competition. In college, I was a four-year starting soccer player, experiencing the intensity, expectations, and mental challenges athletes face at every game.
With the rise of mental health awareness in athletics, now more than ever, athletes need support that addresses not only performance but also mindset. Just as physical training prepares the body, mental coaching prepares the mind to overcome challenges, sustain motivation, and perform with clarity and confidence.

What’s the Difference Between Therapy & Sports Consulting?
Therapy focuses on mental health healing and is covered by insurance.
Sports Consulting is performance-based coaching, not tied to insurance, and is centered on enhancing athletic performance and mindset.
Pricing + Packages
Sports consulting is available virtually nationwide, with in-person options by request. Payment is handled securely through Square.

Initial consultation call to discuss services is free for 15 minute, additional calls after for parents or coaches seeking consultation phone calls or video calls is $80 for 45 mins.
Team Consulting
For coaches seeking support with team communication, performance, or mindset training, we’ll schedule a call to discuss needs and customize an approach.
